- Minimum rental age in our company is 21, maximum 65
- Drivers must be in possession of valid international driver’s license (held for at least 1 year) and a valid passport
- The minimum rental period is 1 day (with limited mileage 50 km/rental)
- For 2 day rental periods, the km limit is 125 km/rental. For rental periods of 3 days the km limit is 350 km/rental, for rental periods between 4 - 14 days the km limit is 2,500 km/rental and for rental periods between 15 - 30 days, the limit is 3,000 km / rental.
- Exceeding the km limit established by the rental contract will be charged additionally with 0.1 EUR + VAT for each additional km traveled.
- Travel outside Romania/ crossing borders with cars rented from Bsmart -Rent a Car is not permitted
- Payment in advance for booking a car is not requested
- Guarantee deposit can be laid in cash or blocked by credit card
- All major credit cards are accepted (except American Express)
- Rates include RCA, VAT, Rovigneta
- Extra insurances (for tires, windscreen, body car, tapestry) can be bought
- Parking and traffic fines are client's responsibility
- Full tank policy: client is responsible to return the car with full tank, the same as it has been handed over to him
